Modernizing areas such as the wall tiles, floor tile, bathroom layout, shower enclosures and other essential facets can start the drive to increasing your home’s resale value.
You may also want to ensure the existing plumbing and electrical systems are up to spec as well, as to not detract from any efforts you’re putting in to upgrading your home

In fact, a few other nice-to-haves are heated floors, glass doors and stylized marble countertops for a distinguished aesthetic.
